I met with a couple of friends and also attended the monthly meeting of the Tokyo PC Users Group. Of course I also went around Tokyo a little bit. It is different getting around in Tokyo when you're there on vacation than when you are living there and working. You do have more time and are more likely to walk, rather than take the train or subway. Walking is the absolutely best way to get to know a place. Even though I had been working in Tokyo for almost seven years, I get to know it much better when I'm there on holiday.
